  • Twelve years’ research background with multiple grants at national, state and university levels in assessment, psychometric measurement, program evaluation, research methodology, educational psychology and educational administration.
  • Sixteen years of practical teaching experience at the university and P-12 levels in the USA, Canada and China.
  • Assessment officer at the graduate school of Tsinghua University (Four years, China), college academic manager (One year, Canada); the director board of an educational association (Eight years, USA) and its two conferences’ chairs (2018 in New York & 2019 in Toronto)
  • Associate president of S-AERA( 2018-); the AERA committee member of Division D ( Research Methodology and Measurement, 2017-2018) and newsletter editor and committee member of SIG-Survey Research(2018-)
  • Five journals’ editorial boards
  • Two awards of excellent faculty in academic service teams and two dean’s excellence awards
